SAT, SUN MAR 6-7 OFFICER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM – For those of you who are presently holding an office, or who are thinking about holding an office, or anybody else, this is a new education program to teach you the “tools of the trade” contained in the GWRRA Officer Guidebook.  For info and reservations, please contact Mike Briggs at 459-1530 or mlbriggs60@msn.com

SAT, MAR 7 – FIRST AID/CPR TRAINING –8:30am – 12:30pm – home of John & Dottie Yarnell, 5810 Hill St NE, Olympia, ph 360-438-9765.  This is the re-scheduled time from Feb 7.  Please advise Doug Adams if you can make it to this date.  Sign up for this exclusive Chapter I class conducted by Dottie Yarnell in the comfort of her home, completely free as a benefit of being a member of Chapter I.  If you would like to attend, please send an email to Doug Adams at dradams8@comcast.net.  Directions:  From I-5, take the Marvin Rd North (Hawks Prairie) exit, turn left on SR510/Marvin Rd NE, pass through 3 roundabouts, turn right onto 56th Ave NE and the road name changes to Hill St NE.  House on the right.  If you reach 61st Ave NE, you’ve gone too far.

FRI-SUN, MAR 12-14 – CHAPTER D RIDES AND RODS MALL SHOW – Southshore Mall, Aberdeen.  This year hot rods are invited to attend.  Put your ride in the mall on Friday evening after 9:00pm and take your ride out of the mall on Sunday after 5:00pm.  For info, Erv Granahan ervg@comcast.net or 360-249-3463.  See attached flyer.

SUN, MAR 14 – CHAPTER D GATHERING – Duffy’s Restaurant, Aberdeen, 8:30 eat, 9:30 meet.  As additional people will be attending and it will be quite crowded, you may want to eat before or after the gathering.

SUN, MAR 14 – OREGON CHAPTER I BLARNEY RUN – Start and end at Wingman  First bike out 9:3am (coffee and donuts), last bike in 2:00pm (Irish stew, rolls, coffee) $5.00 entry plus 2 or more canned foods for the Sunshine Division.

FRI-SUN, MAR 26-28 CHAPTER E SURF WATCH – Ocean Shores.  Join Chapter E in their Moped Poker Run and Soup Line Competition.  Pre-Registration ends Feb 26, so send in right away.  See attached flyer/registration.

APRIL

APRIL RIDER ED CLASSES - BREMERTON -  Trike Class April 17;  Trailering Class April 17-18; Advanced Rider Class (ARC) April 18, 24, and 25.  These classes are being booked right now, and if you are a paid-up member of Chapter I, the chapter will pay for your participation.  These classes are an excellent opportunity to brush up on your skills, learn some new skills, and make you a safer rider.  EVERY SINGLE RIDING MEMBER should take these classes.  They are designed to help save your life, your passenger’s life, and possible others.  Please send an e-mail to Doug Adams, Chapter Educator, to let him know which class you would like to sign up for.  You may contact him at dradams8@comcast.net.  We are competing for space with all of the west side chapters, so contact Doug now.  Don’t be shy about this.  The classes are all user-friendly J
